“Tezikovka” shopping and entertainment center (former name “Tezikov Dacha”) is a district of Tashkent, at the location (intersection) of Pershin, Starodubtsev and Budyonny streets, where a rookery and a cloth market were located on the Salar river banks since pre-revolutionary period.
The proposed concept of the administrative and business complex features as following: car and truck- showrooms, shopping and entertainment block, a network of restaurants and a cafeteria, service boxes for the motorway.
